At this moment I weight in at 17 stones 5 pounds. when it is our Christmas disco in December, I will be taking some scales to the evening do and weigh myself. If I am not 14 stone 5 pounds or under I will have my hair shaved from my head!!!

CUMBRIAN COMPETITION 14TH JUNE;
33rd ANNUAL - CUMBRIA OPEN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, SUNDAY 14th JUNE 2009 – CARLISLE SANDS CENTRE
DIRECTIONS: From any M6 Motorway Junction, 42, 43, 44, follow signs towards the City Centre, Castle and Leisure Centre. At large roundabout directly opposite the DFS furniture store – The Sands Centre.
The forms have now been sorted, no more names please. Forms have been sent for finals checks then they go this Thursday to the organiser. we have 48 competitors travelling up, this is a squad competition for points, so squad track suits on and shindo kai badges on Gi's please. I am stopping over Saturday so will see everyone Sunday morning in the sports centre.

KUMITE; Garrick Eastwood also made it through, were there any more shindo kai competitors as these are the only 2 that I know to???
