These are the sections; 14 - 15, 16 - 17, 18 - 20 for kumite. 14 - 15, 16 - 17 for Kata.
Return the Training form fully completed by Monday 25th MAY 2009. If your form has not been submitted before hand you will not be able to train or select on the day, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS
MINIMUM AGE TO TRAIN 13 YEARS
10:30 -- 11:30 Registration
11:30 -- 13:30 Open Squad Training Kata & Kumite
13:30 -- 13:45 Lunch Break
13:45 -- 17:30 Selection Male & Female Kumite, Male & Female Kata.
Fee £10.00 to be paid on the day
Those wishing to select must bring their EKF Licence Chit/number, fitness forms, tournament tracking forms and training attendance sheets. All parts of the selection/training form must be completed. This will be the preliminary selections and short listed Athletes will be invited back for further selections.

Change of a course!!!!
The Hoyland kata and swim course has had to be changed as they changed the rules on holding swimming events and its been a big mess.
